Marna McMillin CEO Marna worked in the public sector and with Price Waterhouse before joining KPMG to develop a substantial practice in Liverpool and become a Partner in the business. She has extensive experience of working with major corporates and particular expertise on transactions such as public offerings, demergers and acquisitions. She has subsequently served as a director of Chadwick Chartered Accountants in Liverpool and as Marketing Director of the Chester Credit Union.
Andrew King Chairman Andrew King was educated at The Queen's College, Oxford, in economics and politics. He entered industry as a systems analyst, subsequently moving into marketing and sales management. In 1992, he left to set up his own consultancy - Andrew King Strategic Planning & Marketing. Andrew joined the Board of Baywind in 2000 and in 2002 became a founder director of Energy4All Ltd.
Stephen Andrews Vice Chairman/Non-executive Director Stephen has spent many years working in the electricity and renewables industries. In 1989 he co-founded Windcluster and ILEX, the leading European energy consultancy, and now operates as an independent consultant through Lower Watts Consulting. He brings valuable sector experience to Energy4All.

Annette Heslop Company Secretary/Director Accounting Technician, with many years experience and specialising in computerised accounts. Annette is a full time Energy4All employee and manages the Cumbria office. She maintains the members' register and the day to day accounting procedures for Energy4All and associated co-op's. Annette also deals with the management of both Harlock Hill and Haverigg wind farms and also deals with visitors to each site.
Mark Jennison Development Director - Scotland Mark has a background in coastal and island management and has worked in Scotland for the past 18 years progressing a variety of projects and programmes. This has included several renewable energy projects, both marine and land based, and most recently Mark lived and worked on the Isle of Tiree where he ran a community development programme including the progression of a community owned and operated wind turbine.

John Malone Development Director - England John Malone studied renewable energy systems at CREST (1994/5). Subsequently, he spent almost 3 years as Renewable Energy Officer in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy in Swaziland. Returning to the UK in 1999, John joined Energy for Sustainable Development where, as a Senior Consultant, he was involved in a range of renewable energy activities including the development of community energy projects and energy services companies. John joined Energy4All in 2007.
Simon Williams Marketing & Communications Director Simons career has been spent in Marketing and Communications firstly at Bass plc, and then at the Co-operative Bank. After joining the Bank as Marketing Manager in 1988, Simon launched the Banks Ethical Policy, and built its reputation as a leader in all aspects of Corporate Responsibility. It was through his time at the Bank, and until June 2008 as Director of Corporate Affairs for the wider Co-operative Group, that Simon became involved with Energy4All and its client wind farm projects. He is currently working part time for Energy4All as he is activley involved in his own consultancy company.

Mike Smyth Non-executive Director Mike is a solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law and was a partner at Lawrence Graham in London for more than 20 years. Passionately concerned about the environment, Mike chairs the board of Friends of the Earth Trust. Mike is also a co-founder of Keepsafe Limited, which grew to become a substantial self-storage warehousing business and of The Arbory Trust.

Paul Phare Regional Development Manager - Scotland Paul's degree was in manufacturing systems engineering from Bristol University. His final year dissertation studied the feasibility of domestic wind systems. Paul joined the renewable sector in 2003 with Vesta Celtic, later that year the opportunity to work with communities in the development of renewable energy projects came his way. Paul worked with many communities in Scotland across the range of technologies and at all scales, but particularly with biomass and wind.

Jon Halle Regional Development Manager - West Midlands Jon Halle is Energy4All's West Midlands Development Manager. He spends most of his time running the "sharenergy" project, an innovative approach to financing community-owned renewable energy projects in the rural parts of the West Midlands next to the Welsh border. Before joining Energy4All in Summer 2008, Jon worked for Goldenfuels, a biodiesel making co-op based in Oxford which he co-founded. When not hatching renewable energy schemes, Jon is generally either laboriously climbing up a mountain or going very fast down it.

Jack Heslop Site Manager/Health & Safety Officer Jack joined Energy4All in 2003 prior to that he worked in the local shipbuilding industry for over 20 years. His role within Energy4All is to maximise the output at each wind farm by monitoring and inspecting each site on a regular basis. Jack is also qualified in Health & Safety to NEBOSH level. He also accompanies Annette when giving visitors a tour of the wind farm.
Stephanie Tyson Accounts Manager Steph joined Energy4All in 2006, her previous employment included work for Chartered Accountancy Practices preparing audited accounts, VAT returns and payroll. She has gained her AAT Technician and also her ACCA stage 1. Steph manages the accounts for Energy4All and all of their associated Co-op's.
Claire Hubbold Project Administrator Claire joined Energy4All in 2007 as an Admin Assistant. Claire's previous work has included working for an electrical engineering company as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. Claire has recently completed her NVQ Level 3. |

Sue Shields Part-time Accounts Assistant Sue joined the Energy4All team as a part time Admin Assistant. Sue is currently re-training in Business Administration and has progressed in actively assisting Steph with the accounts. Sue is currently progressing her NVQ Level 3.

David Richard-Jones Community Consultant David is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has over twenty years experience in economic development within rural communties. David is well known in the Scottish Co-operative movement and has been working with Energy4All on the company's extensive programme of wind farms co-ops in northern Scotland.
